Ashland Tai Chi provides instruction in the methods of Transformation Arts, a regional Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga program. Tai Chi can be used to alleviate disease, create a calm body, increase perception, and to enhance your sense of wellbeing. Some describe it as a slow moving meditation, but it is much more than that. The original method, or first method, way is based on learning how to learn in one area, and then in many areas of life. Click here to learn more about our Tai Chi classes.
Tai Chi (Taijiquan) is effective at reducing stress, improving balance, coordination and whole-body wellbeing.
Currently Tai Chi Qigong classes are being held at Peoples Choice Community Acupuncture. Please contact Chad Moyer for more information. (541)951-9952 or http://peopleschoiceacupuncture.com/
